Responsible for managing KPls process, functions or activity that the measure is monitoring.
Disseminate information to employees in relation to performance reviews and timelines
Compensation Management
Develop and administer compensation strategies to attract, motivate and retain workforce.
Provide support in salary bench marking (internal and external}
Ensure that there is proper salaries alignment and promotion grids to reflect internal parity and competitiveness against respective market benchmarks.
Drive, review and implement a holistic and effective compensation strategy to attract & retain different staff segments.
Benefits Management
Develop and maintain non-monetary compensation to enhance the organisation's employee value proposition.
Maintain Employees’ Insurance programmes
Disseminate information to employees in relation to insurance and timelines
Maintain claims reports while ensuring confidentiality of the data
Respond to employee queries relating to organisational performance management systems
Supports the Senior Manager in annual insurance review exercise
Liaise with insurance broker / insurer on operational matters.
Payroll Management
Handles full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll processing/reporting, CPF submission and employee income tax matters.
Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing.
Verifying attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
Cross-check payroll reports with attendance, benefits, and tax filings.
Responsible for payroll audit exercise to ensure compliance, accuracy and submission of government surveys.
Analytics and Insights
Deploy a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensures compliance by adhering to all applicable local regulations and requirements.Ensure compliance with relevant audit requirements
Manage Separation
Formulate checklists for exit formalities
Analyse exit interview feedback and provide recommendations
Execute re-employment programmes for retiring employees
Employee Records Management
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., personal details, job titles, contracts, transfer).
Organizing and securely storing employee P-files.
Updating records for changes like promotions, transfers, or terminations.
HR System Management
Inputting and updating data in HR information systems (Times Software).
Managing access to employee portals or self-service platforms.
Troubleshooting system errors or user issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assign
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or relevant field.
At least 10 - 15 years of work experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with effectively with stakeholders of all levels & culture.
Good & sound knowledge of statutory & employment laws.
Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
Mandarin speaking is highly preferred due to the need to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
Ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work 100% in an on-site setting
Proficient with MS Office & HRIS (Times Software will be advantageous)
